About Us
The Company
Flyin' Penguin Productions was formed for developing and producing motion picture feature films for theatrical release, direct-to-video release, book publishing, DVDs and CDs ancillary to the films produced, and general marketing of products, not ancillary to the films.

The Company has obtained rights to several feature film scripts and ancillary products of published novels, rights to the music CDs based on the film soundtracks and/or other music by the same composer relevant to the film properties in hand, and DVD games. The CDs will feature up and coming recording artists. Who, when practical, also play roles in the various films.

Business Model
Flyin' Penguin Productions competes in the major motion picture film production market of the United States, South America, India, Japan and Europe. It has developed first-look options links with major film distribution companies, and will take advantage of additional markets through various film marketing organizations. It also considers, as a viable releasing opportunities, the American Film Market, the Sundance Film Festival and Cannes Film Festival.

Management is convinced the motion picture market is open for a production company able to produce a broad combination of action/adventure films and family films, all produced with live stunts, where reality is foremost as opposed to computer generated images which stretch the audience's imagination.

Currently, most feature film production companies rely heavily on expensive and time consuming computer graphics to obtain their special effects and stunt action. The concept is great for fantasy films where reality is not a factor. However, its use leads to a lack of appreciation for the plot and believability of the story. When computer generated imagery special effects (CGI FX) becomes more important than the story, solid story lines and plots mandatory for quality films, are lost. Live action stunts and developable stories have great favor, particularly when they target a family audience, or at least a no more restrictive than PG-13 audience.

Competitive Advantage
Flyin' Penguin Productions will have a competitive advantage in four ways:
  1. The intellectual properties for production are in hand, thus negating the problem of negotiating and acquiring intellectual properties to fit their goals.
  2. The Management Group are also part of the key personnel required for production.
  3. The Company plans to acquire, in the second year of business, half interest in Pajama Studios/Touch Tone Productions, the recording studio which will produce the ancillary CDs. It will also acquire Taylor-Dth Publishing, which has published the novels on which many of the film scripts are based. These aquisitions will generate a continuing revenue through sales of ancillary books, and CDs as well as non-ancillary products.
  4. Each film will have an ancillary music CD and an ancillary novel, all part of the release package. The films produced that are adaptable to video games will have a video game DVD as an ancillary product.
